OUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN ON FILE FOR THE USDA DIRECT LOAN. WE WERE INFORMED AFTER WAITING SEVERAL MONTHS THAT THERE ARE NO FUNDS AVAILABLE, AND MAY NOT BE FOR THE NEXT TWO YEARS.WITH THIS IN MIND, WE ARE INTERESTED IN HOW INDIVIDUALS ARE BEING APPROVED WHEN THERE ARE NO FUNDS. DID THE ABOVE OBTAIN A DIRECT LOAN. IF SO, THEN WHY IS IT AVAILABLE IN THE STATE OF PENN. AND MINN(A MINN. FAMILY OBTAINED HOMEOWNERSHIP). FURTHERNOTE, WE WERE ALSO INFORMED THAT IN THE LIGHT OF FUNDS BEING AVAILABLE, THIS DOESN’T IMPLY THAT APPLICATIONS ARE BEING PROCESSED, OR SIMILAR. SOMETHING IS NOT CORRECT WITH THIS PICTURE.
